HR Operations Service Center Representative

The HR Operations Service Center Rep is responsible for verifying, processing and inputting transactions dealing with confidential associate information. They will effectively respond to routine and semi-routine inquiries from associates, managers and vendors regarding various HR services including benefits questions and open enrollment. 

Requirements: Bachelor's degree or combination of equivalent work experience and education considered. Minimum 1-2 years experience working in customer service.

Benefits Coordinator

The Benefits Coordinator position is responsible for coordinating the company’s benefit programs, consulting with and advising associates on eligibility, amounts of coverage, and claims procedures. This position communicates benefit information to associates, maintains benefit records and documents necessary for implementing benefit coverage, and partners with benefit vendors to provide events and services.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field. Minimum one to two years of HR experience.

Benefits Administrator

The Benefits Administrator position is responsible for administering the company’s benefit programs, consulting with and advising associates on eligibility, amounts of coverage, and claims procedures. This position may administer 401(k), health insurance, and other benefit plans. The Benefits Administrator participates in meetings to respond to associate questions and mediate their issues with benefit providers and third party administrators.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field. Minimum three years of HR/Benefits experience.

Associate Franchise Paralegal/ Legal Admin

The Associate Franchise Paralegal/Legal Admin coordinates with franchisees on completion of legal documents. This position drafts franchise documents and closing binders for review by a more senior Franchise Paralegal or Real Estate Attorney. The Associate Franchise Paralegal also serves as the Administrator for updating the database (AMT) as required for all Franchise and License operations, including Company owned and operated non-traditional stores, and generating data and reports. This position performs special projects as requested by the Licensing team and provides administrative/project support to the License and Non-Traditional team.

Requirements: Currently has a paralegal certification or preparing for paralegal certification required. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. Minimum one to two years of work experience.

Property Coordinator- Temporary

The Property Coordinator assists the Property Management Supervisor with repair and maintenance of plaza properties and performs basic lease administration work related to billing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. This position coordinates with vendors and tenants on maintenance and repair and helps resolve property repair and maintenance issues. The Property Coordinator also reviews recurring charges in the property management system (Yardi) for all tenants to ensure charges are accurate and makes billing changes and corrections as needed. This position tracks, reviews, and codes property invoices (e.g., property tax, utility, repair and maintenance invoices) and ensures payment is processed on a timely basis. This position interacts with tenants to ensure repair and maintenance issues are resolved and amounts due to tenants related to the terms of the lease agreement are paid accurately and on a timely basis.

Bookkeeper (Payroll) – Temporary

The Bookkeeper (Payroll) position is responsible for entering, verifying, and maintaining payroll information for assigned Region. This position processes bi-weekly payrolls and prepares daily, weekly, and bi-weekly federal and state tax data for transmission to ADP.

Real Estate Legal Coordinator

The RE Legal Coordinator/Paralegal performs basic paralegal work under the supervision of a Real Estate Attorney. Under the supervision of an attorney, the RE Legal Coordinator/Paralegal prepares real estate contracts, letters, certificates of insurance, execution copies of agreements, and other legal documents and secures necessary signatures. The RE Legal Coordinator/Paralegal serves as the Administrator of the Real Estate Legal project database (AMT), updating the database as required and generating data and reports.

Real Estate Coordinator – Temporary

The Real Estate Coordinator actively participates in project kick-off meetings and assists in the preparation of the real estate site approval committee presentations in conjunction with REM. This position also provides assistance to the RE Leadership group by helping manage the business relationships with real estate Developers, Brokers, and Retailers/Restaurants. This position also conducts store dilution studies for evaluation by RE Analysts/Sr. RE Analysts and prepares special projects as needed.

Risk Assistant

The Risk Assistant provides administrative support to the Risk Management function. This position sets up claims in the risk system (RMIS) and pays bills based on claims (e.g., medical). The Risk Assistant is the first point of contact with Operations associates related to any claims against the company related to injury or related issues.

Warehouse Assistant

The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for providing customer service related to inventory and shipping inquiries from Operations or Support Center associates. This position researches and responds to all inventory and shipping inquiries via phone, email, or in person, resolving any issues. This position also receives orders through eBiz, assists with picking, packing and shipping orders, and follows up on purchase orders with vendors.

Warehouse Operator

The Warehouse Operator is responsible for ensuring on-time completion of daily picking, packing, and shipping of store orders within the warehouse and for counting and replenishment of inventories. This position oversees the warehouse for safety, space management, and operation of the forklift. The Warehouse Operator is responsible for reinforcing warehouse policies and procedures with the warehouse team.

Sr. Warehouse Clerk

The Senior Warehouse Clerk is responsible for picking, packing, and shipping store orders. This position assists with pre-packing inventory kits and performs inventory counts. The Senior Warehouse Clerk supports the Warehouse Assistant and Operator in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse, following all warehouse policies and procedures.

Sr. Mailroom Clerk

The Senior Mailroom Clerk is responsible for receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming packages. This position picks up outgoing daily mail, processes postage, and delivers mail to the post office. The Senior Mailroom Clerk works with the Mailroom Assistant to assist with check printing and distribution. This position assists with picking, packing, and shipping promotional and daily orders to the stores, assembling inventory kits, helping with inventory counts, archiving documents, processing store mail, and providing customer service.

Guest Relations Coordinator - Temporary

The Guest Relations Coordinator is responsible for responding to incoming guest inquiries, questions, comments, and commendations and resolving guest issues in the best manner possible to create a “win win” for the guest and for PRG. This position forwards serious complaints or issues to the Guest Insights Manager, Risk Management and/or QA/QC for resolution.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required with minimum up to one year of customer service experience or equivalent, preferably in a retail/hospitality operations environment.

Helpdesk - Temporary

Serves as initial point of contact for POS 2017 project. Documents all calls and actions taken using problem tracking software. Resolves basic issues related to POS, PCs, printers, software, connectivity, and networks. Escalates more involved problems to the appropriate technical teams. Assists with Receiving of returned equipment.

Requirements: Experience providing technical support in a help desk environment. Hands-on experience with remote, support tools such as Remote Desktop and Dameware is a plus. Good background in Hardware, Software, and Networking, from both functional and technical problem resolution perspectives.

Compensation/Finance Associate - Temporary

The Temporary Compensation/Finance Associate position is responsible for assisting in the administration of the company’s Operations base pay and bonus programs. They serve as a liaison to Operations and assists with communications and data tracking related to bonus payouts. The position also works on improving the Operations bonus processes through automation, report building, and compensation analysis.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required; CCP certification or equivalent preferred. Prefer one to two years of relevant work experience with a focus on HR or Finance, preferably in a retail/hospitality operations environment.

HR Coordinator Call Center - Temporary

The HR Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the company’s I-9 and E-Verify compliance program. This position reviews electronic I-9 forms and E-Verify cases daily for compliance with government rules and regulations and contacts associates to verify authorization to work in the US. The I-9 Compliance Coordinator assists with educating managers and associates on the importance of timely and accurate completion of I-9 forms and E-Verify cases.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field required. One to two years of administrative work experience; HR experience preferred.

Receptionist – Part Time

The Receptionist is responsible for greeting and assisting visitors. This position works with Security to ensure no trucks over 40’ get past front area and no one goes behind 2nd set of glass doors without proper identification. Coordinate and receive all deliveries and packages dropped off at the front lobby, while maintaining front desk and lobby. The Receptionist will also manage all conference room bookings made via e-mail, catch any double bookings and resolve any room (schedule) conflicts.

Requirements: Minimum 1 year office experience preferable in large company (over 500 employees). College degree strongly preferred.
